My Dream Size is a registered Australian business. These terms cover use of mydreamsize.com and any order you place with us.

Using this site

You may use the site to learn about our sizers and to get in touch. Please do not copy the site, scrape it, or use it in a way that harms the service.

The site and pictures are ours. You may not reuse them without asking first.

Our products

We sell silicone sizers so you can compare size options at home. A sizer is a soft silicone shape used to help you visualise and compare different size options.

This product is for personal visualisation purposes only. It is not a medical device and is not intended for surgical planning or to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. Results are for personal reference only and do not guarantee outcomes. Always consult a qualified professional for final measurements and advice.

Orders

Checkout is not live on this site yet. If you order by email, the order is only accepted when Jenny confirms it in writing. Prices are only those we publish. We may decline an order.

An email enquiry is not a contract.

Delivery

Orders are usually made and sent within four days. Express delivery is about five to seven days. Most people receive their order within nine to eleven days. These times are a guide, not a promise.

We ship in plain packaging with no product description on the outside. If your country charges customs or duty, that is yours to pay.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, opened sizers cannot be returned. Unopened items in the original packaging can be returned.

If something arrives damaged, email Jenny with photos and we will put it right.

Your rights

Nothing here takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If we are allowed to limit our liability, it is limited to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid. We are not responsible for a look you hoped for. Visualisation only.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
