Returns and hygiene
Because sizer pairs are personal try-on products, returns follow a careful hygiene policy.
Returns and hygiene
Sizer pairs are meant to be tried at home, under your own clothes, for visualisation only. For hygiene reasons, opened personal products may not be returnable in the same way as clothing. Please read the Terms before you order, and contact Jenny if you have a shipping or product issue.
How to try carefully
- Keep the pair clean and private while you compare sizes.
- Use them for visualisation only — not as a medical device.
- If something arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and email us promptly.
