What we collect

When you email us or use a form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send. If you place an order, we also keep what you ordered and the delivery details you give us.

Our website host may keep basic logs (such as IP address, browser, and the page you visited) to run and protect the site.

Do not send card numbers by email. We do not take payment on the site while checkout is not live.

How we collect it

We collect it from you when you write to us, and automatically when you use the site.

Why we use it

We use it to reply, to send an order when one is placed, and to keep the site working and secure. We do not sell your information.

Who else sees it

Jenny reads your emails in Gmail (Google, United States). The website is stored with our hosting provider, which may be outside Australia. We only share what is needed to run the shop. We do not pass your details to other businesses for their marketing.

Cookies

The site uses WordPress. It may set essential cookies so the site works (for example, if someone is logged in to look after it). We use All in One SEO for search listings and Really Simple Security to keep the site on HTTPS. We use Google Analytics to see how people use the site. Google may set analytics cookies and process that data in the United States. We do not use advertising cookies.

Access, correction, and complaints

Email Jenny if you want to see, correct, or delete what we hold, or if you want to complain. We will reply as soon as we reasonably can.
