How to place a sizer (step by step)
Placement matters more than people think. Even a small shift can change shape and fullness. A proper fit gives a truer visual result.
Before you start
Use a well-fitting everyday or sports-style bra that holds the sizer centred in the cup. Too loose, and it slides. Very tight, and it can flatten the shape.
Step by step
- Choose a bra that holds the sizer in the cup. Everyday or sports-style is fine.
- Place the sizer inside the cup, centred over your natural tissue.
- Do both sides the same way.
- If it slides, the bra is too loose. If it flattens, the bra is very tight.
- Look under a fitted top. That is closer to how the size may read in clothes.
A fitted shirt or swimsuit usually shows more than a loose top. Take your time at home.
Then compare
Once placement is steady, try the next size up or down under the same clothes. That is how you narrow the look you prefer — how it works.
