How to compare nearby sizes at home

Start with one pair, then try one size up and one size down under the same clothes.

The clearest way to choose a look is to compare nearby sizes under the same conditions.

Pick a starting pair close to the volume you want to visualise. Then try one size up and one size down — same room, same mirror, same fitted top.

A simple routine

  • Choose soft, natural light if you can.
  • Use the same bra or top for each try-on.
  • Stand square to the mirror and notice balance left to right.
  • Give yourself time. A rushed glance rarely helps.

Sold as matched pairs, MDS sizers keep left and right consistent so what you see is a true test of the look — not a mismatch.
